Case archivingΒΆ
Cases will be archived in the New IB when: * They have been closed in the New IB or IP / Congenica > 1 week ago * They have not been accessed in the DSS for > 16 weeks
When a case is opened from the IP that has been archived in the New IB, the following screen will be visible. Clicking the Restore case button will trigger re-activation of the case. This will usually take less than 5 minutes but could take up to an hour.
The case loading page will then be visible, and the Refresh page button can be clicked to check if the case has finished loading yet.
If there are any issues loading the case, a case failed to load page will display in the New IB for the case. The Restore case button can be clicked again to trigger the case to re-activate again.
If you face any issues with the above processes, please raise a ticket with the Genomics England Service Desk for support.
