Error pages are displayed when there are errors in the app. Details about the specific errors, what they mean, and what you should do if you come across these errors, can be found below.

Not found error This means there has been an issue in locating the resource. |

API error This means there has been an error in retrieving the data. Please try reloading the page. |

Case status ingesting This error signifies that the case is currently being ingested into the New IB, or is being rehydrated, and will be ready shortly. |

Case status archived If a case has been archived (i.e. is no longer accessible in the New IB) this page will be visible. |
 |
Case failed If there has been an issue with case ingestion or rehydration, this error will display. |

General errors Errors that do not fall into the above categories may look like the example below. Try reloading the page, and if this does not work, contact the Service Desk. |
