Page Errors

When we fail to load variant or case data, we will show a full page error. This might look like the example below. Try reloading the page. For other specific errors, see the below sections.

Case Status Error

This error signifies that the case is currently being ingested into the New IB and will be ready shortly.

Permissions Errors

If you do not have the required permissions to view the case, this error will be displayed.

API Errors

This means there has been an error in retrieving the data. Please try reloading the page.

Case ID Error

This error occurs when the case ID is not recognised.
